Please open the attached Crime Stopper Poster to look at the poctures of the vehicles the Washington State Patrol would like to contact.

On Monday, September 10th, 2012 around 4:17 pm WB I-90 MP 88.5 (4 miles E. of Cle Elum, Kittitas County) a Hit and Run Collision occured that claimed the life of Randy Haynes.  Randy was the lead rider traveling in a group of 3 motorcycles.  During the investigation detectives learned there were 2 other vehicles possibly involved either in, or as witnesses.  The first vehicle is a silver minivan with a WM diver, approx. 50 yrs old, with silver/white hair and a passenger who was smaller in stature.  The minivan was tailgating the motorcycles and then performed a lane change that cut off the motercycles and it is unknown if the minivan collided with Randy Haynes.  The minivan did pull over right after the collision, but then pulled back into traffic and left WB on I-90.  The second vehicle was a white cargo van travelling in front of the motorcycles.  The van also stopped, but then left the scene.  Detectives are still investigating the role of the 2 vans and would like to speak to the occupants or any other witnesses.
